Reduced payment to Step change this month due to being furloughed

Good morning
Could anyone advise please, we have been paying our debts though Step change for two years and have made a big dent in what's owed.
Due to being furloughed i have asked to pay a reduced payment this month, this has been agreed but I am worried how creditors will react not getting a full payment? Has anyone got experience of reduced payment and how creditors react in the current circumstances please?

I paid a reduced amount this month (50%). I spoke to one of the creditors on another subject and they said many customers are in the same boat. I wouldnt worry. Stepchange will advise them of the new arrangment.
