Does Truprint have a customer service phone number?

I bought a mug from them and it arrived damaged.
I submitted a ticket and was told someone would be in touch within 24 hours. I'm still waiting since wednesday.

I placed an order with Truprint 3 weeks ago and the confirmation email said my order would be with me within 3-4 working days. I have still not received my item despite emailing them about 20 times! I have had a generic email back twice about a week ago which said my query had been passed to the appropriate department. I am disgusted at them and would never recommend anyone to use them. They have £14 of my money and I have nothing to show for it except an extra £14 on my credit card bill!!!! AVOID THESE COWBOYS!

Anyone else have problems accessing their pics? Every time I go in - I see a different selection of albums and projects that I've created!!! So far no reply from about 6 emails I've sent them....
