Elevate credit

I have found a default on my credit file from elevate credit but am finding it impossible to speak to any one from the company. I spoke to the sister company Sunny and they informed me the account was settled in 2015, but it for some reason is still showing as a default. Has anyone got any contact details that will actually get me through to a human being, as i need this settled for my mortgage application? many thanks

And welcome to the forum  :)

Edit:  And while I am here...What was the default date for the account?...I only ask because an account is automatically removed from your three credit files, six years from the date of default.

    Hi,
If the account defaulted, it makes no difference if the debt was settled, or not, the default will show on your files for 6 years regardless, so speaking to someone would not achive anything anyway.
If the default is over 6 years old, and is still showing, then you should complain in writing to the compliance officer at elevate credit, but only if it is over 6 years since default.
