Car loan fees

Hi all,
I went BR February. I was told by OR I can keep my car finance running at 100pm £5400 outstanding (that is with the high interest)
Called car company to discuss in February and they said they would seize the car. I stopped payments and left my car off the road waiting for recovery. I have chased them a few times about it as they have started registering late payments on me as I was fully up to date prior to BR. They have finally contacted me about collecting the car.
1) Will the late payments on my record be wiped out when I am discharged as they are listed in March, April and now May as 1st 2nd and 3rd late payments.
2) Will I have to pay any fees? The car will not make anywhere near the value of the debt. I use it for work 80 miles a day for over a year. Has lots of wear and tear, no dents or accidents just nearly 27k miles in 15 months so they won't get anything near the value.
Thanks

I'm guessing the account would be registered as a default. I shouldn't think you'll need to pay any fees
