for anyone who doesn't know amazon have a good sale on emu boots
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss_w_h_?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=emu+
but i have a question for anyone who knows
what is the difference between the bronte and the bronti boot, i cannot find any reference to the bronti boot online(didn't even know it existed until tonight), but bronte seems to be the norm, which i knew about
i am after a pair of size 5 uk sand bronte lo for the mrs, but on ther website that colour and size is not avaliable http://www.amazon.co.uk/Emu-Australia-Womens-Bronte-Black/dp/B000W3JI0S/ref=pd_bbs_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1196535072&sr=8-2
so i phoned amazon to enquire about when they would get stock for the sand colour, she looked into it and told me "over the phone" that they have size 5 in sand. She confirmed them to be what i thought "bronte" lo size 5 sand, so i told her to order, she added them onto an existing order, which i persumed i could cancel if needs be if they were incorrect.
turns our i can't cancel as they will be dispatched on monday
i could not check the boots at the time, as i was locked away in the bedroom enquiring about them , while the OH was down stairs unknowing. But now that i have checked my order i can see which ones have been ordered
my problem is the colour, look at the colour of these boots http://www.amazon.co.uk/Australia-Womens-200702-Bronti-Regular/dp/B000VLMT2A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=apparel&qid=1196535306&sr=8-1
they are supposed to be sand colour but don't look it to me
so does anyone know what the difference is between the bronti and the bronte boot, is it simply a typo they have done or are they different boots varying in colour, or is it just a bad colour example from amazon
obviously all will be clear when they arrive but i am very curious
thanks

Hi hope you got an answer, did you buy the boots? I have been hunting the internet for my daughter and found these Emu Boots for £39.99 with free delivery at
http://www.moo-shu.co.uk/catalogue/fashion_emu_boots_category.php
They are called Emu Bronte could not find the spelling bronti.
Where you happy with the boots you got from amazon?0 -
There is no difference between bronti and bronte boots, they are the same thing. It refers to the Emu style of boot which uses Suede and Merino Wool lining, in contrast to the Emu Stinger boots which use Sheepskin and are generally percieved to be better quality. There are only two different types of classic Emu boots, Bronte/Bronti and Stinger. Hope that helps!0
