Hi, I appreciate that this post was a while ago but I'm hoping to do the same with Link to clear a balance.  A family member has offered to help out which is great but she can't stretch to what they want.  I have asked for a CCA agreement and they have sent a sheet of paper which shows the date. my address and the word internet.. I have since tried to call numerous times, sent emails to their complaints team. No response.. Should I just stop paying them? I offered 25% due to the lack of what they have sent (and this is all that's available in the gift). Is it better to just stop paying? Will that make them take me more seriously?
