Hey Everyone,
Hope your all staying safe during this time!
I am looking for some advise I have had a few debts that were defaulted on a couple of years ago and I have been using Resolver as recommended by Martin Lewis to challenge these and I have had some that have agreed to refund what was owed to me.
There is one company that I would like to challenge who are Family Finance Ltd based in Gwent, Wales I am unable to use Resolver as they are not on there lists of companies.
My question is I had a few several loans three in total (If I remember correctly) and a few home appliance items from them. I would like to right a letter asking them to refund all interest on the loans and the hire purchase agreements. Any help guys would be great in writing up a letter to send them. Any other advise would also be appreciated!

Have you followed the complaints process as detailed on the website you gave us a link to? It clearly sets out the stages, including further complaints to the FOS.
