Instagram deleted my account without warning!

As the title says, Instagram deleted my account without warning. It wasn't even disabled, but fully deleted. Has this happened to anyone else?

This means that all of the competitions I entered are void, but also anyone who tagged my account as an entry is now void!

How very odd🤔, At the moment I cannot enter any comps, it says Action Blocked, been like it all day, does anyone else have this problem?, I delete the tag then try again but still the same and the same on other comps 😔.

Deleted accounts can be for what they identify as high level of spam posts , sexual content , lots of complaints by other users , identified as a previously banned user and so on.

They are , by their own terms and conditions , meant to warn you first

I have appealed, but I don't think it'll be overturned as entering many comps does probably break their spam tos
