Sorry again Consoles, you still are not good enough.

I played "Titanic: An Adventure Out of Time" back in the day (mid-90's). Still have the original disks!

There is another Titanic adventure being crowd funded called "Honour and Glory". It looks stunning, and will also be available for VR users. Ship will be fully explorable, as will the local area around the ship while it is berthed at Southampton, prior to the ship sailing for Cherbourg (10 April 1912). There is an "adventure / whodoneit" element too.

"Titanic: Honor and Glory". The project is still in production and currently seeking investors. It will be an entire video video game with story set aboard a complete and explorable Titanic. We are working with the top Titanic historians to make this as accurate as possible. VR compatible.

Titanic 01 April 1912, Belfast Loch. Video is not the finished product, but Work in Progress.

    For anyone interested in this.

The developers have released a "2020 Update". Apparently 80% of the ship is done. The remaining 20% are the most difficult (i.e. the Engines, stearing gear, that sort of thing),

There is a phenomenal attention to detail is there for all to see.

After studying countless references for the production of the THG game, the THG team have been uncovering new design changes of the RMS Titanic that were previously unknown.

If the ROV actually gets in to 1st Class dining salon, and confirms the "windows". Then the myth of the Titanic being switched against the Olympic will be put to bed forever. As the Titanic was the only ship to have this particular design.

Titanic Demo 3 from 2017 - Almost 2 hours - but shows how the passageways & cabins were laid out.

Still very much a work in progress. Titanic as she was in 1912. This is an almost 2 hour real-time walk around the various decks of RMS Titanic. The ship is alongside the Harland and Wolf, shipyard, Belfast.  The ship is still in a state of "fitting out!.
As can be seen, some of the passageways run (or so it seems) in to infinity! Remember, this was a passenger ship. White Star sold cabins to make their profit. There were lots of cabins!

Cabins of note (or where historic documents put them) are included. Like Ramon Artagaveytia. Who previously had survived the sinking of the ship "America"; spent 40 years recovering from the Trauma. The Titanic was the first ship that made him feel "safe"! Prior to sailing he had a dream he was standing on the deck in his life vest. He did not survive the sinking. As did many of the names you see on the cabins.

There is also a B Deck Cabin that yorkiechick might recognise!

Don't confuse the "a la carte restaurant" with the "first class dining salon". Dining in the "a la carte" was not included with the ticket price!

Boiler Room 6 is accessible and is on the tour. This was the foremost boiler room of the Titanic. Where the other boiler rooms had 5 boilers, Boiler Room 6 only had 4 double-ended boilers. The boilers generated steam for the reciprocating engines. These boilers were connected to the 1st funnel.

The forward coal bunker (located in Boiler Room 6) had a coal fire that weakened the bulkhead. The fire was put out on Sunday, April 14th, the day of the collision. This compartment was compromised when the ship hit the iceberg and started flooding at once.

Some of the items are not complete. For example the clocks do not have hands. The carving of "Honor & Glory Crowning Time" is missing.

The creators will be opening the entire ship up to players when the game is finished. Including all the machinery spaces.

  • Really? There's a game of Titanic?
I never would have thought I could make a game about that tragedy. It's actually very interesting to see a video about the game.  :#
