Keep signed in not working since last night

I have always had the keep signed in box ticked at login but since last night I need to sign in everytime I close a browser then later go to any forum content. Can somebody fix this please. Using Chrome on a Mac. Checked Safari as well and it does the same..

I think it's more or less the same for everybody.
Another b*lls up to add to the frustration of using this site since they decided to 'upgrade' it.
It's getting to a point where they either start to listen to us, or nobody will be using this site in about 6 months time.
I can't even get the search function to work properly. It takes double the effort to find something, and even then, you have to click on the thing to see if you have entered it or not. (btw, have peeps stopped posting the Love It Magazine comps? can't seem to find them)
It used to be so easy. It has turned into a complete and utter farce......

Interesting development.
I'm scanning through Recent discussions and the sign in button appeared again.I decided to ignore it and read 2 posts then went to the next page where I was signed back in without me doing it.1
