Issues with a DPP (DAS - Scotland)?

I was just wondering if there is anyone else that has had issues with a Debt Payment Plan and creditors being awkward after you repay?
We paid it off i April, and yet none have reported any balance changes nor accounts as 'Satisfied' (I have checked and yes, it is that as we as debtors paid the full amount owing - Stepchange an AiB kept 10% but that's the creditors' fee to get their money back so has to be written off).
HSBC is saying that we still have to pay this balance. None of the other creditors seem to have a clue and all seem to be adamant they have nothing from Stepchange explaining this - despite letters at the start and completion of the plan. Halifax is continuing to report defaults and I cannot speak to anyone to query the remaining balance as the insolvency team is apparently closed for the foreseeable future.
I know that in the current climate financial stuff is up in the air, but has anyone else had issues?

All the time, you are by no means unique.Anything like a DAS or a DRO, and creditors haven`t got a clue how to report it to the CRA`s.Its something you must take charge of yourself.Your debts should all be marked as satisfied, with a zero balance, any defaults will still stay there for 6 years regardless.Put everything in writing, and address your letter to the creditors data controller, don`t expect anything to happen quickly, especially as things are at the moment, if after a few months this has not been done, then escalate your complaint to the ICO who deal with all matters regarding data.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thanks.
Stepchange is on the case with HSBC given that they are refusing to believe me and are claiming they have no information from Stepchange. The Customer service lady I spoke to basically told me I was speaking rubbish. Halifax customer service was actually really good and I now have an address to sent info to and they told me what to put in it. So just going to do the same for all the others now.
Just really did not need this.
