Recommendation for Mortgage Broker?

We've been trying to make contact with two mortgage brokers over the past week: L&C and the mortgage broker.co.uk, none of which are returning our calls. We're unable to start any online application as we need some general advice before we can start (see my other thread).

Are they any other brokers forum members would suggest I contact ?

There are some on Quidco and TopCashBack with no broker fees which actually give you cashback
I can get 50£ gift voucher if you would like to know the one I am using

I looking for specific recommendations due to my situation. The fees, or saving money are not my concerns, its the level of communication and customer service offered.

You'll find many organisations have either furloughed staff or are working remotely from home. Not an ideal time for a focus on customer service.

Well, I have complained about Halifax mortgage advisors' customer service and at least got offered 75£ compensation straightaway

There are many fantastic mortgage brokers on here who give up their time freely. We are able to accept pm's asking for assistance although cannot approach people. Why not read the mortgage boards and pm a broker who you feels gives good advice.

Indeed, sometimes I lose site of what's going on. We've now made communication with a broker, and fingers crossed, our options can be explored.
