I don’t know who originally posted the competition but I just wanted to say thank you! 

The competition asked you to comment on how to save money and use up leftovers in your kitchen, so I commented saying that my mum always keeps chorizo sausages and jars of pasta sauce in the cupboard so she can chuck any left over meat, vegetables, a handful of any pasta, chunks of chorizo and a jar of sauce into a big pan and it makes a lovely minestrone soup!  Watered down to your required thickness, just use hot water mixed with any stock cube you’ve got in. 

Secret ingredient, couple of spoonfuls of chilli (burger style) sauce for a spicy hit, or same quantity of BBQ sauce if you want it smokey.  It’s one of my favourite meals! Thought I’d mention it here in case anyone fancies it!
