Forgot to put fish fingers in freezer

Have just found pack of fish fingers which have been lying in bottom of my shopping bag all day. Should I bin or can I refreeze without poisoning the family?

    No, don't refreeze them if they've thawed!  Could you have them for dinner/tea/supper?

    Thank you for the advice. OH and DS scoffed them In sandwiches last night (after spaghetti Bol). I don’t mind how much they eat As long as stuff doesn’t go to waste!
