    “CONGRATS redacted , you are APPROVED
    to apply, accept: //loan4loan.uk/x/C14ODk8S4E or opt out

    I vote coincidence.

    I have received similar messages and I've never complained to Provident about anything.

    I've now added the word 'loan' to the SMS block list on my phone and no longer see such messages.
