I have noticed since receiving the response to my complaint I have been receiving text messages from loan companies;“CONGRATS redacted , you are APPROVEDto apply, accept: //loan4loan.uk/x/C14ODk8S4E or opt out1 click, No forms!Finance Approvals“Coincidence? Or have provident passed my details onto other lenders?0

I have received similar messages and I've never complained to Provident about anything.
I've now added the word 'loan' to the SMS block list on my phone and no longer see such messages.0
