Fridge icing and won't drain

It is still very noisy but the dial has to be turned a lot lower now the weather is cooler. What I will say is my electric bill for this month is unusually high. It's also running constantly noisy, the only way to silence it is to briefly turn the dial to the extreme setting and back which causes a click and it goes silent for a while until it starts again. It's as if something is sticking0

well my hoover fridge freezer was constantly icing up in the fridge part , so as you can see i think it was a design fault , the feed for cool air to the fridge was hard up against the feed pipe , causing the the drain pipe to freeze , so i thought sod the guarantee and did the following modification and all is well now
