Variable Rate?

I am currently with Barclays on a fixed rate of 1.75% which ends in July. I then go onto their variable rate. Any idea of what it is? It only seems to show their fixed, tracker etc rates. Any idea how much my payment would go up by. It's £404 just now, but as I've only got 8 payments left until my mortgage is completely finished (hurrah) they won't offer me another fixed deal. I've been told 2 different exit fees, £195 & £95, (depending who I speak to) but it'd be waived if it's within 6 months, so if it doesn't go up too much, I might just pay the first 2 payments, then clear it to save the exit fee. Thanks in advance. 👍

Currently the follow on rate is 3.59% for Barclays. To work out the monthly payment, there are some mortgage calculators out there if you know the outstanding amount.
