Bankruptcy form..

hi, sorry me again.
i have been completing the form online, and checking it over.
it says household income, would I HAVE to put my sons income in here? And the council tax is still baffling me. Could I put in the full amount payable monthly and then explain to the OR on interview?

Re council tax, put in the amount that is payable monthly, whether that be 10 or 12 payments annually. If the OR wants details, they'll ask. You won't be paying council tax for the rest of the year.

If your son is an  adult non-dependent then his income is not 'household income' but anything he gives you for his keep is.

He is part of your household if you are still getting child benefit for him.

One son works(apprenticeship) one son is UC. On the form it says household income.. add what other members of your household earn. I didn’t think I would need to do this. As I’m submitting my income and My part of expenses Shared. No child benefit
both are classed as non dependents now

Perhaps best to raise it in the interview if your not sure after fatbellys eg. I included my sons keep in household income was that the right thing to do, the OR can then clarify the situation

It’s an all or nothing situation. Either A) include all their income and all their expenses (which complicates things as you may need to explain all their outgoings) or B) don’t include their income or expenses and just include the housekeeping they give you as part of your income.

    My advice is B)

In have no idea why the “B” option came out as a Sun with shades on, but there you go!

Thank you, that made me chuckle 😎
    it’s driving me mad!
the form says, other income (which I assume this is where I would put housekeeping) then household income because I’ve said they live with me it wants there income figures.
I think I’ve been looking at it for too long.

I'd imagine their income is pretty low, so their fair share of  bills will be low too. Maybe worth calculating it
