Daughter's Bank Account

I have a current account which I use everyday with HSBC.
I also have a current account with Lloyds with a balance of zero which I haven't used for ages.
I understand that these will be frozen when I declare bankrupt.
However, my !4yr old daughter has a Young Saver which is linked to mine (it was taken out when she was about 8yrs).
Will this be frozen as I have to control it as she is under 16. I've tried to speak to Lloyds but unfortunately, due to the current situation, they are unavailable to comment.

Lloyd’s were happy for me to keep an account with the during my IVA(I had forgotten I had it) and even open a second. Lloyd’s seem to be very reliant on visiting a branch though

They could possibly close your current account, but they shouldn’t touch your daughters account. The only difficulty you might have is that you won’t be able to prove your ID via your bank card, but any other photo I’d should be fine.

You might want to move the account to whatever bank you use, if you use it to pay in cheques or similar for convenience

HSBC arè not particularly BR friendly..if both your accounts are current accounts I would look to opening a basic account or speak to Lloyds about down grading to basic
