BW Legal And Charges For CPC

in Reclaim mortgage fees, council tax, etc
I have a payment plan with BW legal which will finish today (thank God) I have looked through the statement and there are charges for CPC and fixed cost on claim. I asked the lady via chat this morning were and she said they were for a CCJ that was not completed and therefor did not appear on my file. Can theses charges be reclaimed, or am i just going to have to suck it up. BW Legal are the biggest bunch of sharks I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
