Perhaps you need to get a new accountant.
Is she working for you as an employee or on a contract for services?
If the latter, have you considered making a claim for a financial loss?

She is an accountant we use for yearly accounts, payroll, cis etc.  We pay her enough that's for sure!  Can I make a claim for financial loss?

80% of that is about £730 a month, what does your manager say?.
But again with you saying you only earned £500 for January was that because you took unpaid holiday, or you get paid hourly and those were only the hours you worked?

She says she's salaried but took time off in January for hospital appointments so that must have been unpaid time.
