Universal Credit and Advance Payments

It’s me again I’m afraid.
As I work part-time I get Universal Credit and I had several advance payments at the start (Aug/Sept 2019). I currently have £100pm deducted from my benefit every month (will end Aug/Sept).
Will the remainder of the Advance I still owe be added to my debts? If so, I’ll get £100 more benefit per month so will definitely end up with an IPA 😕
Thanks Flora x

A quick google suggests that they are provable debts in bankruptcy, and so would be written off

i can understand why your nervous of an IPA but there really are worse things than getting one. It’s 3 years it will pass in no time
