Help beat Covid-19 – work from home to track and trace any contacts of people who have been confirmed to have the virus. Flexible shifts 8am – 8pm. HR GO Recruitment are helping the Government to build a team of contact tracing agents across the country. Your role will be to question the person diagnosed remotely, to find out where they have been and who they were in contact with. The information can then be used to alert people who may be at risk and who need to self-isolate. You need to be patient and flexible, able to communicate clearly and sensitively and to take down details accurately. You will need your own PC/laptop with Windows 10 to be able to access the Government Track and Trace Systems for receiving and submitting details. Start dates from 18th May. Full training will be given.
