Under the new pay parity legislation surely I should be paid the same 10% bonus that my work colleagues are being paid extra for working through this covid crisis

How long have you worked there in the role you are currently doing?
Then it depends on how the bonus is described. Pay does not include bonuses which reward loyalty.

Sounds like a loyalty bonus of sorts - that they have loyally turned up for work.
Worth asking your agency though.1 -
What have they said when you've asked for it?0

My supervisor said that they were discussing it but that was over 5 weeks ago I have emailed the hr department numerous times quoting the pay parity legislation yet they haven't responded to me0

As an agency worker you are already costing the company more an hour then an employee so I would of thought it were unlikely. Where i work agency workers are not eligible for any bonus0

From the government advice
After 12 weeks you’re entitled to be paid the same as a permanent employee doing the same job.
