11. PRIZE DETAILS

    Tier 1 prize: 1 of 6 Player experiences (‘Experience’) to meet a footballing legend (for winner and three guests, date/location TBC)

    1. Due to the uncertain nature of the Experience, it is not possible to detail all the elements of the prize, however we have tried to include as much information on what each prize may encompass below. Timing may differ across each footballing legend; each winner will have approximately a 90- minute Experience. The Experience may be grouped together with other winners. 

    2. The Experience will include but is not limited to the following:

       • Reasonable travel expenses from the winner's home to and from the location where the Experience will take place. (Travel may be via plane, train or car subject to winners location).

       • Refreshments and snacks during the duration of the Experience

       • Opportunities to take photos and autographs

       • Cadbury gift hamper worth up to £50.

       • The prize must be taken by 31st December 2020. 

    3. Please note that should the relevant footballing legend be unavailable to make the appearance for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select a different legend than the ones mentioned below or advertised on any artwork. The Promoter will have the ultimate discretion as to the Experience provided (including the date and activity).

    5. Tier 1 Prize - additional details:

       • Where applicable, return economy class flights from a UK airport to one of the Prize Destinations for winner plus guest(s) of the winner’s choice. Luggage restrictions will be advised at the time of booking.

       • Round trip airport transfers.

       • Minimum 4* accommodation for the winner and guest (including breakfast). 

       • This prize will not include travel insurance, which would be the responsibility of the winner and their guest. 

       • Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The Promoter accepts no responsibility in relation to the prize winners' conduct or the conduct of the winners’ guest(s). 

       • Extensions or changes to the Prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the Promoter.

       • All air travel is subject to the airlines’ standard terms and conditions. Once booked, flights cannot be altered or amended. Any changes are at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

       • For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include travel to and from the winner’s home to the airport, gratuities, meals, any type of insurance or other travel expenses or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for the winner and guest(s).

       • Passports, full birth certificates and all relevant Visas are the responsibility and cost of the winner. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if the winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.

       • The winner and any guest(s) must hold a passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of return. 

       • All elements of the prize must be taken as one and the winner and their guest(s) must travel together in both directions.

       • The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.

       • A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services.

       • For the purpose of this promotion, children are aged 16 and under and adults are aged 18 or over. Winner can bring a guest(s) who are children or adults. Children must be accompanied by an adult. 

    6. Tier 1 prize is deemed to have been forfeited if any of the following apply:

       • The winner has not obtained the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter.

       • The winner has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling.

       • The winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the prize.

1.  Bubble football is available for team of up to 20 people, the winner plus 19 friends, (10 bubbles, 5 vs 5 rotating) at 100+ locations across the UK and ROI, with slots available at various times of day, subject to availability. Includes one hour of use, including venue hire. All equipment and an event co-ordinator included. Prize slots & session times may vary in NI and ROI. Slots must be booked and redeemed within one year of prize claim.

2.  Esports activities are available in Central London only and VR activities are available NI and ROI. Includes a private multiplayer gaming booth for 10 people (the winner plus nine friends) for two hours of gaming time. A £50 (or euro equivalent) refreshment tab at the venue is also included. The winner will have the choice of booking their slot at the venue anytime from 11am until 11pm on weekdays, 12am on Saturdays and 8pm on Sundays. The booking is subject to availability at the time of booking. Slots must be booked and redeemed within one year of prize claim. 

3.  Stadium tours are for groups of six (the winner plus five friends), and available at six of the UK and Ireland’s leading football clubs including Wembley, Anfield Stadium, Old Trafford, St James’ Park, Aviva Stadium and the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park. Options will be provided to the winner at the time of winning and other stadiums may be available on request. All tours vary in length and inclusions. Tours run throughout the year at various times of day and are subject to availability at the time of booking. The tour must be booked and redeemed within 6 months of prize claim. 

4.  The 5 a side football pitch prize is for a maximum group size of 10 people, the winner plus nine friends. Sessions can take place in the morning, afternoon or evening at set times in different locations across the UK and Ireland, dates and times are subject to booking and availability. Slots available only 10 days in advance and sessions are 60 minutes each. Prize slots & session times may vary in NI and ROI. Slots must be booked and redeemed within one year of prize claim. 

5. Unless otherwise stated, Tier 2 prizes must be booked within one year after the winner has claimed the prize. (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas and New Year (20th December 2020 to 2nd January 2021), Valentine’s Day, and Public and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended. Anyone under 18 years of age participating must be accompanied by an adult. Other age restrictions may apply. The supplier’s full terms and conditions can be provided upon request. 

13. Tier 3 prizes: 5 x Football Museum visits, 5 x Bus Tours, 5 x FootGolf Games. 

1. Football Museum visits are available in Manchester city centre only. Includes access to the museum for 4 people (the winner and up to 3 friends). Tickets will be valid for six months from the date of prize claim. Flights and hotel available for winners from NI and ROI. Winners travelling from ROI will require a passport with 6 months validity and travel insurance which is their own responsibility to obtain. The prize must be booked and redeemed within 6 months of prize claim.

2. Bus tours are available as 24-hour Hop-on-hop-off passes for 4 people (the winner and up to 3 friends), in 18 locations across the UK and ROI (Bath, Belfast, Bournemouth, Brighton, Cambridge, Cardiff, Chester, Derry, Dublin, Edinburgh, Galway,Glasgow, Inverness, Llandudno, London, Norwich, Oban, Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, York). Tour lengths and timings vary by city. Tickets must be used within 3 months of prize issue.

3. Foot golf prizes will include a 9-hole game for 4 people (the winner and up to 3 friends) at 100+ locations across the UK and ROI, provided in the form of a voucher. Course opening times vary between locations and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Slots must be booked and redeemed within one year of prize claim.

4. 15. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected by pre-determined winning moments which have been randomly and securely selected by a computer-generated algorithm with the prizes being equally weighted through the whole Main Promotion Period. Those entrants who submit their entry on or first after one of these winning moments time stamps will win a Prize. If no one makes a valid entry within a winning moment timeframe, the available Prize will roll into the next moment or next day of the promotion so that the Prize may still be won i.e. if a winning moment is selected at 23:59 on one day, an entry submitted on 00.01 the next day will capture that winning moment and win a prize. In the event that there are no entries received within a given period between two or more winning moments, the relevant Prize(s) will be rolled forward and awarded to the next available entrant(s). Once an entrant has submitted an entry, the website page will inform them whether they are a winner or not. Only a maximum of one Tier 1 prize can be won per person. 

16. WINNER NOTIFICATION 

If you are a winner you will be informed instantly on screen and also receive a congratulatory email within 7 days confirming the prize that you have won. 

17. PRIZE CLAIM AND DELIVERY

Winners will then receive a follow up email with instructions of how to book their prize within 28 days. If the prize is unwanted then the winner can inform the prize fulfilment agency at this time and their prize will be forfeited.  

Tier 1 

1. If you are a Tier 1 prize winner, you will be required to provide your name, email address and postal address to ‘MKTG - a Trading Division of Dentsu Aegis London Limited. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The prize fulfilment agency will liaise with the individual winners of each Tier 1 prize winner Experience prize via a telephone conversation to discuss the Experience they wish to have within the remit of the prize. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the prize is organised. Once the prize details, including dates, locations and, where applicable, the football legend is confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.

 

Tier 2 

1. Bubble Football: Winners will receive a list of available venues via email. On return of a convenient date, time and location for the winner, the activity will be booked via Black Tomato Agency.

2. Esports and VR Experience: Winners will be asked their preferred date and time, and on return of this information the activity will be booked via Black Tomato Agency.

3. Stadium Tours: Winners will be sent a selection of available stadiums. On return of their stadium choice, they will be sent an e-voucher to book their tour at a date and time at their convenience. Winners will have 6 months to redeem their voucher. 

4. The 5 a side football pitch: Winners will receive a booking form via email with a list of locations and time slots available. Booking forms will need to be returned to Active Consultancy Limited who upon receipt of a completed form will book the pitch and confirm with the details with the winner. Slots must be booked and redeemed within one year of prize claim.

Tier 3 

1. Football Museum: Winners will receive four vouchers in the post, that must be exchanged for tickets at the museum within 6 months of prize claim. Tickets can be used at a date and time of the winner’s choice and visits do not need to be pre-booked. 

2. Bus tours: Winners will be emailed a list of available cities and asked to select a city and date for their tour. On return of this information, the winner will be sent a printable voucher via email that must be presented when boarding the bus. Winners will have 3 months to redeem this prize.

3. Foot Golf: Winners will be sent a printable gift voucher, as well as a link to book a course location and time at their convenience. The printed gift voucher must be presented at the venue within one year of issue.

Tier 4 

 

1. NowTV Sports Day Pass claim: Winners will be sent a voucher code via email. Pass redemption expires 23:59 31st August 2020.

18. FINAL MOP UP DRAW

For those entering between 17:00 on 31 July 2020 and 23:59 on 31 January 2021 (‘Final Draw Period’) there will be one final draw to win £500/€ equivalent (“Final Draw”) via cheque. The winner will be selected in a random draw, conducted by an independent adjudicator from all valid entries received within the Final Draw Period. The draw take place within 14 days of the Final Draw closing date. 

The winner will be informed by email within 14 working days of the Final Draw and will then have 14 days to respond to that email accepting their prize, if the winner fails to respond within this time the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant selected at random from all valid entries within the final draw period.

19. TESCO SHOPPERS PRIZE DRAW

Tesco shoppers: If you have purchased your Participating Product from Tesco, select Tesco from the drop down menu to be entered into an additional  prize draw on 03/08/2020 for a chance to win 1 of 500 photo cards signed by a footballing legend. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase may be required to redeem your prize. There is a maximum of 1 prize per person for the Tesco draw. 

Winners will be informed by email within 7 days of the prize draw. To claim your prize, click on the secure unique winning link within the prize email completing the required details within the claim form. Please ensure you complete your address details carefully and enter an address where there will be somebody in to sign for your prize delivery. You must claim your prize within 14 days of receiving your winning email notification. If a winner fails to confirm their details within the said timeframes, they will have forfeited the Prize. Upon prize claim winners will receive their photo card signed by a footballing legend by Royal Mail Signed For delivery within 28 days.

20. GENERAL

1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. 

2. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant's entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.

3. All winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and images in promotional material. 

4. By entering this promotion, the winner grants the Promoter the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, publicly display, perform, transmit, exhibit and reproduce their name, statements, video, voice, recordings, interviews, photographs or other visual or audible representations or likeness, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other material, including without limitation, text, photographs or images in any medium (whether now known or hereafter invented) including, but not limited to the internet and other electronic and social media and for any and all purposes, publicity, promotion, packaging and trade throughout the world without restriction as to manner, frequency or duration of use or any other purpose whatsoever in connection with this promotion or in connection with the marketing of the products of the Promoter, or otherwise. 6. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation, this also includes the selling of prizes to third parties. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

7. The winners agree to comply with the reasonable requests of the Promoter and its agents and to be responsible to the Promoter for the acts and omissions of their guests. Prize winners and their guest must act within the framework of acceptable and proper behaviour during the course of the trip and comply with all rules and regulations laid down by those providing the elements of the prizes. If a winner or their guest is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any or all element of the relevant prize.

8. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries. 

9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with this promotion. 

10. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 

11. If a winning entry from a promotion is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and the prize will be forfeited. 

12. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their surname and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the surname and county of residence of the winners. The winners may object to their surname and county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting us in accordance with our Privacy Policy linked below.

13. For the promotion winners’ surnames and counties, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope to Captains Armband 6647, PO Box 906, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR within 2 months of the close of the Promotion.

14. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, we discourage over consumption. Please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.

15. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to supply the correct personal information and the correct postal address where applicable. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information, postal disputes or other causes beyond its control.

16. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of England & Wales.
