Hi All,
Basically when I was student I took an overdraft with Lloyd's TSB. The amount was just over £2570. Afterwards I just abandoned this account and moved to Santander instead.
So the default dates are different on all of the credit ref. Agencies.

I've not heard anything regarding this debt till late April / never paid back and never acknowledged the debt. Well, Lloyd's TSB haven't contacted me regarding this.
Late April received a letter from TSB that my debt was sold to United Kash and all of the future contacts should be with them.
After 1 week received the letter from United kash that I owe them money.
Today when I've checked all of the credit reports a new company appeared called Arrow Global Ltd. So am I correct thinking that United Kash sold my debt again?
What are my chances of getting this statue barred, it's only 2 and half weeks to go.

I would say extreamly good, courts are not operating fully, Arrow Global will not contact you directly i wouldn`t think, they will instruct another collector to do that for them, they will run through their range of standard letters with you, by then it will be statute barred, which is all you have to tell them, best in writing, and once your well over the line.

Did the LloydsTSB entries change on your credit reports to United Kash, or are these new entries with new dates?
If it's still the old LloydsTSB entry with a June 2014 default date then it will drop off on that date next month.
Any action they take on you after that date can be easily stopped with some letters and a CCJ is unlikely to happen within the next month.0 -

Because there are three of them...and each one is different...
...and besides...
Ask for your free statutory reports as they will give you access to todays data.
