i got mine and didnt need to phone just go onto this site http://batteries.childrens-society.org/ and there is a free form to fill in. it is a childrens charity and when you get the small book they send you an endvalope incase you want to send some money.i used to hate it when aunts and grans would come up to me at weddings pinch my cheeks and say "your next, your next". well they stoped that crap when i started to do the same to them at funerals:rotfl:0
