Hi, following the Covid-19 lock-down I returned my only recently purchased season ticket to Arriva UK Bus in Luton requesting a refund as I would and still will be working from home for the foreseeable future. The company acknowledges that I am entitled to a credit of 329 days but they are refusing to issue a refund. Instead they are pushing me to accept a credit for future travel either on their app or they offer to issue a credit voucher to use against my next purchase with them. I'm not interested in either option and would prefer to receive the refund. The company is claiming it is their policy not to refund customers. Can you give any advice how to deal with this? I'm unlikely to need another ticket from them in the near future.
