    The prize value is up to £1500 so potentially it could cost nothing but any extra you would need to pay (not uncommon for some of these things to have a value limit, they are not going to cover a massive window in a barn conversion for instance)
    "The winner will receive up to £1,500 of shutters for a room of their choice, available in a choice of colours and materials"

    You could use the online calculator on their site (no personal info is required) to see a guide price for the size of window and material used and see how that compares with the estimate - different materials can make a big difference craftwood was the cheapest and linden the most expensive - over 50% more - plus a POA for coastal.
