Second charge on house

Took a loan out 2007 with central trust for 30k for 300 months and owe 41k at the time I was in the process losing everything and liquidating my company so gave false information just so could get the loan to pay people off . I’m not disputing paying the loan money back but been looking into irresponsible lending as the Liam will never be paid back I have 155 months back they are saying and will still be owing by the end a lump sum . What can I do as I wrote of and basically said they lent the money in good faith and expect the customer to fulfil the obligation under the credit act . Im
disputing that the fact adding charges and the amount to repay

Admitting to fraud is somewhat undermining any potential claim for irresponsible lending.

That is fraud.  So, worth remember that.

but been looking into irresponsible lending as the Liam will never be paid back I have 155 months back they are saying and will still be owing by the end a lump sum .

You committed fraud.  They gave you the loan on the basis of the information supplied to them.  How can you accuse them of being irresponsible?

They say they acted in good faith and currently haven't taken any action against you for fraud.     The more you get them to look into your case, the greater the chance they will spot you committed fraud and take the necessary action.
