Can you still return Amazon packages through the Post Office using their system?

It only seems to give me 3 options Hermes print Hermes no print and Amazon Locker
Perhaps they have changed this recently.  Only the Post office is local to me.  The last time I returned an item I had to travel to a newsagent which would accept Hermes who are a few miles away.

    Yes you can.
All depends on the seller, item and reason sometimes.
    From Amazon :

    Return Items You Ordered

You can return many items sold on Amazon.co.uk. When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the Seller, item, or reason for return.

Well there's certainly no post office option on this item and possibly the last one I returned.

If you click on "other" it gives you the option of printing a post office return label.  I did one over the weekend.
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.98% of current retirement "pot" (as at end April 2025)

Ah ok, so if you don’t have the ‘other’ option then the seller isn’t accepting Royal Mail returns so they must only have a Hermes account.
