Competition Win, not received or notified, being ignored.

Options
I found out that I won a Gleam competition as my name is listed as the winner with my photo.
I found out last week and messaged the well known blogger, they read my Facebook message and ignored it.
The competition did end on the 23rd of March 2020, so if they had said that I was too late, then I would argue that I was never notified but may have accepted it.
I also tagged them in a competition page and asked them publicly if they had received a message from me, with no response.
I don't know what my next step would be if any. The prize wasn't massive but I would have really of loved it.
The ASA aren't accepting any complaints as far as I'm aware at the moment because of the current world situation, the blogger is still active on Facebook messenger and Instagram.
I know there are worser things in life to worry about but I'm a little deflated about it and I would hate for it to happen to someone again in the future.
Thank you to everyone who posts competitions and good luck to everyone who enters.

How unfair and rude of the blogger! I don't know what to do other than keep calling them out publicly. Who was the blogger?

If there are any T&Cs do they say anything about claiming within a certain time limit?

I don't think we can name and shame on here can we? But they have over 19,500 followers on Facebook.

The only thing for the T&Cs was, UK entrants only. That was all.

I agree, naming and shaming is going to be the only short-term solution to this - share screenshots of you getting in touch with the blogger (and them ignoring you) on everything, use all of the most reactionary hashtags you feel comfortable with, and tag them and anyone they're associated with eg. if they have any kind of spin-off business or more than one public profile. I had a whole drama with a brand this week, and the only thing they asked me to do once the issue was solved was remove their name from anywhere public where I'd shared what had happened. They know how serious it is; even on a much smaller scale, I've always had a response from within the hour from companies if I've tagged them in a public tweet etc. than if I've just messaged them privately.
