  • okey dokey - bit unusual way of getting a Wii, but.....

My local radio station, Wave 105 are raising money all day for the charity Whizz Kidz.

One of the items being auctioned is a Wii. The bidding is open all day for it.

I haven't a clue how much the current bidding is or what the package is but you can bid for it on

    0844 850 1050

you speak to a person who can give you the current highest price - I know this because I bid on another item earlier today. You don't give them CC details or anything like that unless you are the highest bidder at 5.30pm today.

Here's a link to the page about the day:

    http://www.wave105.com/Article.asp?id=515866

and you can listen to the station if you want to hear more here

    http://www.wave105.com/Article.asp?id=61462

I'm not associated with the station in any way but just thought if someone really wanted one and also wanted the money to go to charity, it's an option. :T

Just ordered mine on preiswirbel.com after excellent tip from here. Cost me about 205 quid, which is not bad cos it includes delivery. It is saying 3-6 working days for delivery. As long as it is b4 Xmas I am not worried. At least I beat the E-Bayers!!

Ordered mine from there 4th December, arrived today 13th by DHL. Cost an extra £25 quid for delivery but certainly beats playing the waiting game on eBay/Amazon. Thanks to the OP for the pointer.
Quidco savings: £499.49 tracked, £494.35 paid.
