Expenses when paying an IPA

Hi,

Just wondering if like my TV or laptop breaks, can I get one out of my ipa?

    I’m not sure, I’d imagine it’d be done somewhat on a case by case basis. I’d guess that an assessment might be made as to the need and cost of a replacement, you might be allowed 2-300 for a used laptop but not £1k+ for new MacBook. I’d also guess there is a limit as to how often you’d be able to do this, I can’t see the OR/collection agent letting you replace worn out items to the extent of missing a lot of payments over the 3 years(otherwise it’d get gamed)
