Hi! I bought a pair of jeans from River Island. I paid part on gift card and part with a debit card. I disposed of the gift card as it had no money left on it. Would it be possible to exchange the jeans for some that are the exact same price? Can anyone help I have no idea what to do?!

As you don't say when you bought them or if you still have the receipt, it's hard to say.Assuming you do have the receipt, it should tell you what the return policy is.You may find this answers some questions:
