I now have 3 months to go until discharge and have had very little contact from the recievers, I was half expecting a Bro/Bru as i was made bankrupt by HMRC, I had one letter in January requesting IPA And income tax ipa but didnt sign due to change of circumstances and have heard nothing since, Just wondering if I am likely to to hear anything between now and my discharge regarding income tax IPA, BRO/BRU or is that likely to be me done

How long ago (I.e. over what tax years) was the HMRC debt incurred?0

It was over 7 year period, had an un-declared 2nd income that stopped in 2015 4 years before bankruptcy0

Firstly you would have been informed if there was an investigation into your conduct and, with three months to go, there’s no time for that now.Secondly the debt is aged. Only debt incurred in the 2 years prior to bankruptcy is considered for misconduct.You’re fine.0
