Personal Training Course Level 2 & 3

Hi not sure if is the right section of the forum but it seemed like the most appropriate.
So i signed up for a personal training course which would qualify me to be a level 2 gym instructor and a level 3 personal trainer. The course was part practical and part online and cost £2800 for both qualifications, to fund this i took advantage of the 0% interest loan the company offered. I did 90% of the level 2 workshops and level 2 online courses and only needed to complete an assessment to receive my level 2. After partaking in the workshops i wasn't really impressed with the training i received and therefore didn't attend the assessment to receive my level 2. To be honest the whole thing put me off wanting to be a PT!
Anyway i don't expect a refund for the level 2 qualification as i completed 90% of it and i haven't asked the company for this. What i did ask is for a refund for the level 3 qualification as i haven't taken part or accessed any online modules or any practical workshops and therefore haven't received what i paid for. Having emailed the company they're saying even though i haven't started the level 3 qualification i am passed the 14 day cancelation period and therefore cannot have any money refunded.
If anyone who has been in a similar situation or has any knowledge in this field offer some advice it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

I do think that £2800 is too much
