Hello members,
I have started a business and I am on universal credit.
If I gamble £10 and win £130 and the job centre finds out, can I get prosecuted?
As far as I'm concerned gambling winnings are not taxable.

Providing you don't win enough to take any savings/capital to between £6,000 and £16,000 then the answer is no.

But is gambling your business?If not then as per poppy it will be classed as capital/savings.0
