Holiday pay entitlement whilst on Garden Leave

Wonder if you can help.
If you give someone 3 months notice, but put them on GARDEN LEAVE, but they take holiday during that period, do you then take that off of their holiday entitlement OR do you pay it at the end of their contract as in final pay as holiday accrued?
Regards

As the employer chooses but most often the employee would be instructed to take whatever holiday is owed during the garden leave. So, if they had two weeks holiday owed then the first two and half months would be garden leave and the last two weeks holiday.
Strictly speaking on garden leave they can be called back into work at a moment's notice. On holiday they can't.0 -
Yes if they use holiday during garden leave it's deducted as usual from their allowance0
