Ninth Anniversary Combo Breaker

Hi I was wondering where I stand with paying my caravan site fees every month whilst the caravan parks are closed. Is there any legal way I can get relief as I’m sure the park owner will have applied for grants for loss of earnings, as that is the type of man he is. Thanks
