ME Again ,
sorry for all the questions. Ive had my interview, all went well. Pretty standard, allowed to keep my car, tweaked my budget with her on the phone and agreed a £160 per month IPA. I discussed doing Overtime as there's usually a lot on offer if we want it, and her response was that id be doing it for nothing as the solicitors will see it through my payslips and take it from me. Has anyone in an IPA any advice on this, do they proactively ask you for payslips or once you've agreed to the payments or just leave it at that. The extra fro overtime would be nice to have but not if im giving it away, plus it could be awkward telling my boss why i all of sudden don't want to do any!
Cheers

You have to inform them of any changes within I think 21 days.
Most people stop doing overtime as you said no point in working for nothing0 -
It is always worth considering any career advantages which would last after the IPA. Eg if being seen as hard worker and team player gets you from bottom rung to supervisor to management, yes you gain nothing during IPA but your in much better place when done. Of course the potential for this will vary and you should be keeping a healthy work life balance1
