Having a problem with a new Klarna purchase and need help.
Hi everyone,
Yesterday I purchased a Matress and used the 0% finance option through Klarna. Everything was fine, my application was accepted, but just as i was uploading my ID my phone died. However l, When I turned my phone back on a went back to the ID site it said that my purchase was complete, so I figured it had uploaded just in time.
I recieved confirmation from the matress company, confirmation of my application being accepted, confirmation of Klarna contacting the matress company to release my product, and confirmation of my deposit payment (which cleared this afternoon). The only issue is, it does not show on my Klarna account. I contacted them yesterday and after 2 hours on the chat I was told that there is no account anywhere with these details and despite receiving confirmation the application must not have gone through and that the deposit will bounce back in 72 hours, which it has not.
I'm just completely lost now and don't know what to do. Do I just let it run and hope they take my direct debit out and pay for my purchase and I just can never check it online? Do I keep contacting them? I'm scared to death my credit will be effected. Help

I would see if the mattress is delivered, and then if the first repayment is taken.0
