Help
Hi I’m wondering if someone can give me advice please? Two months ago I got a new washing machine, as I was cleaning the space for the new one coming my daughter with additional needs spilt my mop bucket, I cleaned it up ASAP but a couple of drips went down to my neighbours I tried to explain to them what had happened, and heard nothing back from them. Now today she pulls me up getting right in my face about the bill for damages. She showed me an invoice for £700 which she never let me know what was getting fixed etc anyone know where I stand as I’ve seen her plenty of times in the two months and she just showed me the bill today
