Self Assessment refund

I've been employed and self employed this year, I havent made £12500 through either job. When I was self employed I was paying 30% tax. Will I be refunded all of this amount because I havent made £12500? Also because I've already payed the tax on it, will that show up on HMRC's self assessment page? I was looking what you needed and it said untaxed income, which that obviously isnt. Thanks in advance
