How to get a cashier's check/banker's draft/money order in USD

I need to get a cashier's check, banker's draft or money order in USD and send by post to a company based the US. My current bank (HSBC UK) no longer offer this facility.
Can anyone advise how I go about this? Are there any UK banks/financial institutions that provide this facility? I am aware that Santander offer this, however this is only if I set up an account with them, which I would like to avoid if possible.
Thank you in advance.

First question I would ask is why do you want to use that form of payment ??
Surely you could use one of the many online money transfer companies ??

These are the only methods that the US company will accept. They will only accept payments by post and not online. I looked at postal orders with the post office, however I think this can only be sent in pounds (£), with a limit of £250.0

Even banks that provide this service for their customers won't be fully staffed at the moment so your chances of getting one might be slim.
What is the amount you are looking at? Would US travellers cheque(s) be an alternative - you sign both top and bottom putting in the beneficiary name in the middle?0 -
Then I'd be concerned about the veracity of this US company. They all have bank accounts which will have bank details that a payment can issued to.1

Yeah I agree it is strange. To give more background on the topic, the website is an online streaming service and I had already paid the money from my credit card. However, I disputed some charges as I was not happy with the quality of the service (system issues). I said that I did not want to be charged and asked them to close my account. They refunded me for all past charges, including charges I did not dispute. I then received an email stating that I needed to pay around $400 (all total charges) by cashier check or money order only. If it was just the charges I disputed, I would leave it alone, however as they have refunded all charges, I do now owe a proportion of this money.0

I do not know if travellers cheques would work, as my understanding is that it would require my signature to cash them in right?0

They want your money. I would invite them to accept an alternative method of payment. It's up to them.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

Tell them it's credit card payment or bank transfer. Otherwise no payment.
They dont want either as they get charged for incoming wire transfers and 2%ish for credit card.0
