I won the magic pay bills competition on Friday Emma B said somebody would phone me shortly for details but as of yet nobody has phoned l have emailed them a few times but no response. They don’t seem to have a phone no l can contact them. I have been mentioned several times as a winner since Friday. It’s all very odd any ideas please x

Don’t fret, it’s only Tuesday - office staff may not have worked over the weekend & they will have other winners to contact too possibly. Radio comps are legit so you’ve no need to worry

I tweeted them on Twitter when I won last year and someone called me back in a couple of hours, but it is bound to be a slower response with the home working etc at the moment.
