Does any one know where one can purchase an Al-ko
Kober KB 3501 choke cover? I have looked on-line but I cannot find the part. In case the person has provided me with the incorrect name of the part I have uploaded 2 photographs - one shows how the chainsaw should look and the other shows the actual chainsaw with the part missing. It is the black part which screws in to the left of the yellow handle.

Personally I would take it to your nearest company that services chainsaws which I assume you do as a matter of course each year?
Maybe try a local facebook page to find your nearest one if you dont know. For example my local one is a company called Honey Brothers.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. No you wont need the original part, that picture would be enough and a few measurements.
Size of the slot it hooks into and the length/width/depth of any obstructions and the dimensions for the
screw hole.
Made clips for blinds, a holder for a bar on a sewing machine, hinges for a bath screen. sliding door hangers and
handles for metal sheds, battery covers for RC cars, battery cases and component cases.. And much more.
Useful things 3D printers.

Shapeways is one, don't think its that cheap though?
Can you design the item? FreeCAD (designers will laugh at you) but I use it and have designed quite a lot simply adding regular shapes.
Like building lego, but with flexible blocks.
Post up the dimensions?
