I wish this worked for me. My library subscribes but, as far as I can see, you have to be in one of their hot spots to use it. As the libraries are closed . . .
And it doesn't include The Times.
And it wants me to pay to read anything.

I value this app, which I started using as part of a British Airways promotion and now maintain via my local library. It keeps me up to date when abroad (OK, not now
) and allows me to read papers I wouldn't dream of buying
.
Just two downsides for me:
- no i newspaper;
- it is potentially data heavy. I may need a new I-Pad.

I got access via my library card. Lots of overseas newspapers as well as UK ones (Guardian, Times, Mail,Mirror, Inde etc). Magazines too.But it's not that user-friendly to read - at least not on my laptop.0

Probably that greatcrested hadn't actually tried to access The Times but included it in the list because it is a well-known national newspaper. So thus confirming your experience and not that some have access and others do not.
It definitely isn't available via Pressreader: I checked with them specifically.1 -

Just wondering if anyone else had problems with the offer from delivermynewspaper.co.uk which is still advertising free delivery of newspapers for 12 weeks. I registered in March at the suggestion of the customer services team at The Times because I wanted to cancel my subscription and they tempted me to stay with an offer of 12 weeks free delivery. I got an email from them on 23 March as follows
Hello, Thanks for choosing to have The Times and The Sunday Times delivered to your door. We want to let you know that your vouchers are on their way, and will be delivered by first-class post within the next two days. We will send your vouchers to the address below: As soon as your vouchers arrive please take them to your participating newsagent and get your delivery service set up.
If your vouchers do not arrive within the next five to seven days, please feel free to email us at info@delivermynewspaper.co.uk and our Customer Service Team will investigate.
Suffice to say we have not received them and when we have contacted customer services we have been assured they are on their way and their is little point in us ringing them as it messes the system up. Basically they were totally dismissive.

Thanks OP, just signed up. It says I get 30 days free, do I need to pay after that or do I just need to sign up again with my library card?0
