Unsure whether to do the rate switch this weekend online or await brokers emails Monday. The rates direct are very good and affordable. Will this ruin future chances with brokers?

I am sticking with same lender 100 percent as its shared ownership so the charges are high to re mortgage and the exclusive rates direct are very good. Lower rates than expected0
