My case won’t stand out. I feel like I’ve committed crimes. Regarding the loan,
my brothers money and cash going In my account. The OR will know all this information from bank statements surly?
and no I wouldn’t lie, but thought the loan would get me into big trouble possibly prison. As much as I tell myself not to be In such distress I just can’t help it.
I’ve managed to get all my debts except for one to put holds on my accounts due to mental health. Which is why I’m trying to make a decision as to what to do.
if only I knew an OR or could afford proper legal advice.
My mind has truly run away with me to get to how I’m feeling now and debt has caused it.

The OR will go through your bank statements yes. Re the money going through your account, it's possible that the OR will at some stage ask what's happening with some payments, but it's not a case of getting into trouble.

You have 21k of debt, are in  rented accom and your only income is UC.

Why would you be thinking of not going bankrupt? Seriously, is there any reason not to?

And the good thing about bankruptcy is that it releases a load of pressure.  So many people say they feel far more relaxed once it is all done and dusted.  It gives you a little bit of breathing space...

Yes because I’ve done things that I shouldn’t have. There would be repercussions from it. Btw I have 2 sons to think about also.

You need to speak to someone who will look at your circumstances and advise you of the best course of action.  I used Christians Against Poverty and they were priceless in my 'war' against debt!  They didn't judge, all they did was gather the information and recommend what to do.  For me BR was the obvious way forward.  They put together a plan, completed all the forms and paid most of the fee.  I was at my lowest point before Bankruptcy and now, only 3 months into BR, I am free of stress and worry...it is liberating!  Please get help.

Again, your thinking worst case senario, you really need to try and calm yourself, and look at the situation logically, the only repercussion you might be subject to is a BRO (Bankrupcy restrictions order) basically if the OR suspects you were in any way part responcible for your situation, they would extend the bankrupcy anywere between 2 and 15 years, but that is rare, and is not the end of the world should it be required.
Forget prison, you do not go to prison for debt, the OR`s job is to find out what went wrong, and to help you put things right, they are not there to judge you, or to trip you up, its a simple 20 minute phone call after which, all your debt will be yesterdays problem.
There`s a choice of free to use debt advice agencies in my signiture, please take advice from one or all of them, as soon as you can.

Bankruptcy Restriction Orders (Undertakings if you agree) are not that common and generally pretty short anyway - 3 or 4 years. Those that have to make payments to the OR (not you cos you're benefits only) do that for 3 years anyway..

I don't know what you think you've done but nothing you've said so far would make me think you'd even get one.

So I'm still not seeing a reason not to go bankrupt.
